What began as a simple thought became something we couldn't shake. As we prayed, talked, dreamed, and started creating, we kept sensing the Holy Spirit leading us, shaping the vision, opening doors, and bringing the right people and ideas at the right time.
We kept coming back to one question: What if curriculum could be deeply biblical, genuinely engaging for kids, easy for volunteers to lead, and intentionally connected to discipleship at home?
We didn't believe churches should have to choose between biblical depth and creativity. So we followed where we believed God was leading.
And that became Hear • Know • Go. A simple discipleship pathway built on three movements.
HEAR. Kids hear God's Word and learn His character, who He is and what He is like.
KNOW. Kids come to know Him personally, through time spent with Him and the practices that grow a real relationship.
GO. Kids live it out, at home, in their neighborhoods, and in sharing the good news of Jesus.
Because the goal isn't simply a great Sunday. It's children knowing God, hearing His voice through His Word, and growing into a faith they carry with them for life.

We take kids' theology seriously.
Children can understand more truth than we sometimes give them credit for. They deserve the real thing, taught faithfully in words they can understand and carry.
We depend on the Holy Spirit.
Good curriculum can give leaders great tools, but only God changes hearts. We want to keep listening, following, and creating from a place of dependence on Him.
We love the local church.
We are for the pastors, ministry leaders, volunteers, parents, and children inside it. We come from different denominational backgrounds ourselves, and Hear • Know • Go is grounded in Scripture and the historic Christian faith, written so churches across traditions can teach it with confidence. Wherever you're leading, we built this to help you.

Hear • Know • Go was founded by Renata and Jamie, two kids ministry leaders actively serving in local church ministry. Together, they bring decades of combined experience in kids ministry leadership, volunteer development, family discipleship, professional curriculum development, and theological study.
Their combined background includes YWAM and theological study at the International Bible Institute of London. Renata leads Kids Ministry Life, an online community of more than 120,000 kids ministry leaders. Jamie brings years of professional curriculum development experience, along with a long track record of leading volunteers and kids ministry teams.
They understand curriculum from both sides: as curriculum developers and as ministry leaders who need it to work with real kids, real volunteers, and real Sunday mornings.
Hear • Know • Go grew out of prayer, years of hands-on ministry, and a shared sense that God was calling them to create something that would serve the local church. That calling continues to shape the question behind every resource:
How can we help churches disciple kids deeply and equip the people who lead them?
Hear • Know • Go remains founder-led and is supported by a growing team of ministry and theological advisors, along with creative and production contributors. Together, they are strengthening the curriculum and expanding the resources and support available to churches.
