Terms of Use

Hear, Know, Go LLC Effective date: June 2026

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully. They are a legal agreement between you and Hear, Know, Go LLC ("Hear, Know, Go," "we," "us," or "our") that governs your access to and use of our website, curriculum, and related digital resources.

By creating an account, purchasing or subscribing to our resources, clicking "I agree," or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase.

1. Our Services

Hear, Know, Go LLC provides a children's ministry discipleship curriculum ("Hear · Know · Go") and related digital resources through our website at hearknowgo.com (the "Site"). Our resources may include lesson plans, leader and volunteer guides, family and parent take-home materials, memory verses, activity and decorating guides, editable templates, and similar content (together, the "Content" or the "Services").

Our Services are intended for churches, ministries, and the leaders and volunteers who serve in them. We may add to, change, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We will try to give reasonable notice of significant changes, but we are not liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.

2. Accounts

To purchase or access most of our Services, you'll create a leader account with a username and password. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information, and keep it up to date;
  • Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account with anyone outside your church or ministry; and
  • Take responsibility for all activity that happens under your account.

You may not create multiple accounts to work around purchase or licensing limits. We may suspend or close an account that contains false information or that is used in violation of these Terms.

3. License to Use the Content

When you purchase or subscribe, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, print, and use the Content within your own church or ministry for the purpose of leading your children's ministry programs, for as long as your purchase or subscription is active.

You may: use and adapt the Content within your ministry, print copies for your own leaders, volunteers, kids, and families, and customize editable templates for your church.

You may not: sell, rent, sublicense, redistribute, or share the Content outside your ministry; post the Content publicly or upload it where others could download it; share your account access with other churches or organizations; create derivative works from the Content to sell or distribute; or remove any copyright, trademark, or ownership notices.

Your customizations of editable templates are yours to use within your ministry, but the underlying Content remains ours.

4. Our Intellectual Property

All Content and materials provided through the Services, and the Hear · Know · Go name, logo, and branding, are owned by Hear, Know, Go LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except for the limited license granted above, nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership or rights to you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services in violation of any law or these Terms;
  • Copy, resell, or distribute the Content except as expressly allowed above;
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the source code of any software behind the Services;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site, servers, or networks;
  • Use our name or marks to send unsolicited messages; or
  • Upload or transmit anything harmful, unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing, or that violates another person's rights.

6. Payment Terms

Purchases and subscriptions. We offer our Services as a recurring subscription and/or as a one-time purchase, as described at checkout. To purchase, you must provide a valid payment method. You authorize us and our third-party payment processor to store your payment information and charge the applicable fees and taxes when they become due. Fees are in U.S. dollars.

Subscriptions and automatic renewal. If you choose a subscription, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each term (for example, monthly or annually, as selected at checkout) and your payment method will be charged the then-current fee, unless you cancel before the renewal date. Prices and terms may change; the price in effect when you subscribe or last renewed stays in place for that term, and we will give you reasonable notice before any change takes effect on renewal.

One-time purchases. If you choose a one-time purchase, you receive a license to use that Content for the term stated at checkout. One-time purchases do not automatically renew.

Taxes. You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, or other taxes. If your church or ministry is tax-exempt, please provide a valid exemption certificate before purchase.

Failed payments. If a charge cannot be processed, we may suspend or end your access to the Services.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at info@hearknowgo.com. When you cancel, you'll keep access to the Services through the end of your current paid term, and you won't be charged for future renewals.

14-day refund. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by contacting us at info@hearknowgo.com.

After 14 days. Except for the 14-day window above, all sales are final and non-refundable. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund of any unused portion of a term, and we do not provide partial or prorated refunds.

8. User Content

If we offer features that let you post comments, questions, or other content, you keep ownership of what you post, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with the Services. You are responsible for what you post, and you agree not to post anything unlawful, infringing, or inappropriate. We may remove any user content at any time and are not responsible for content posted by users.

9. Church Ministry Responsibility

Your church or ministry is solely responsible for its own children's ministry programs, including the safety and supervision of everyone who participates. This includes selecting and directing all activities, choosing and running your facilities and materials, and screening, training, and supervising your own volunteers, employees, and staff.

Your leaders, volunteers, and staff are not employees, agents, or representatives of Hear, Know, Go LLC. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your ministry programs or your use of the Services or Content. This section continues to apply even after these Terms end.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED. YOU USE THE SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HEAR, KNOW, GO LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hear, Know, Go LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or any content you post.

13. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Services, in whole or in part, at any time if you breach these Terms or use the Services in a way we reasonably believe is harmful, unlawful, or inconsistent with these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will continue to apply.

14. Copyright Concerns

We respect intellectual property rights and ask you to do the same. If you believe Content on our Site infringes your copyright or other rights, please contact us at [insert email] with a description of the work, the location of the material you're concerned about, your contact information, and a statement of your good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Decision point: Some faith-based organizations prefer to resolve disputes through Christian mediation and arbitration (for example, under the Rules of Procedure for Christian Conciliation) rather than through the court system. If that fits your values, we can add that clause here instead. Let us know which you'd like.

17. General

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Hear, Know, Go LLC regarding the Services and replace any prior agreements. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent; we may transfer ours. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
